ULUMA’s uniqueness comes in two ways: ULUMA is a programme-project-driven organisation; we foster an environment in which all work is characterized through projects which gives people many choices. Every effort is cantered on various projects, and the total success of the organisation is the total of the entire project’s success. While in a non-project driven organisation, projects are used to support the product lines.

ULUMA programmes and projects will prove that what is impossible with men is possible with God. (Luke 18:27) – Almost 175 years of work by five generations (From mid 1800s todate); Programmes and projects have the potential to create maximum, sustainable and scalable impact; Have the potential for good success through Bottom-up and Top-down collaboration.

Without Strategic Priorities and Goals ULUMA6 AFRICAH’s 12 Programmes, 195 Entry Point Projects (EPPs) and plus 1 250 Pressure Point Projects (PPPs) will remain unfinished business or even shelved without ever having made any real impact in the women and girls, GBV victims and Survivors’ lives. The “Eight Strategic Priorities” will enable ULUMA to focus in closing gaps between current reality and where the organisation would need to be to achieve Economic Development Plan 2080 as it long-term goal.
