ULUMA6 AFRICAH Satellite Offices / Rapid Response Offices are a focused delivery mechanism that is bridging the gap between rural communities and potential investors and funders, donors, sponsors, CSR, developers etc. ULUMA6 AFRICAH is willing to enter strategic alliances, partnerships and joint ventures with interested entities pursuing the same agenda or has best interest at heart to work with women owned enterprises and/or organisations.
Horizontal feedback is done through communication between ULUMA Satellite Offices / Rapid Response; this is essential for collaboration and/or coordinating of tasks, activities, referrals etc.; and sharing information to achieve outcomes and outputs as put in the NSP on GBVF. Vertical feedback takes place after ULUMA6 Main Office Staff have analysed their reports; consolidated monitoring and evaluation reports and provide 360-degree feedback.
The performance of ULUMA Satellite Offices / Rapid Response Offices is linked to providing enabling environment for women and girls, GBV victims and survivors; providing access to educational opportunities; the degree at which they are accelerating initiatives for women empowerment, facilitating economic opportunities for women and/or GBV survivors; coordinating processes for land acquisition to implement ULUMA Programmes and Projects and ensuring equitable job creation, representation, and ownership by women.
